CERTIFIED AUTISM CENTER

Our organization has worked with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC). Our staff has completed training and certification in best practices when assisting autistic and sensory-sensitive individuals. By undergoing additional autism-specific training, the goal is for our team to be better equipped to provide better service and experiences to all. Click to learn more about what it means to be a Certified Autism Center

PERSONALIZED ASSISTANCE

We understand that every guest’s needs are unique. If you or someone in your party requires specific accommodations or assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us

Our team is here to make sure your experience is relaxing, comfortable, and tailored to your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

New environments can feel overwhelming, especially when sensory sensitivites are involved. Our goal is to help you plan ahead and feel comfortable from arrival to departure. Both of our properties have clearly defined entrances, front desks, elevators, and common spaces. To support advance planning, we’ve included property maps below so guests can preview layouts, identify quieter routes, and understand where key areas are located before arrival. Common areas may include background music, conversations from other guests, and activity during peak times such as check-in and mornings. Noise levels can vary depending on occupancy and time of day.

SENSORY CONSIDERATIONS

To help guests prepare for their visit, we’ve created Sensory Guides that outline sensory levels (Touch, Taste, Sound, Sight, Smell) for various areas of each property.

To create a more comfortable experience, we offer sensory support items that can be borrowed during your stay, including:

  • Noise-blocking headphones
  • Body wraps
  • Weighted blankets
  • Fidget devices
  • Communication boards

These items are available upon request at the front desk and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We also encourage guests who are sensitive to sound to consider bringing personal headphones, especially when navigating busier areas of the hotel.

DINING INFORMATION

We’re mindful of dietary needs and sensitivities. Our food menus are available upon request and can be reviewed in advance of your stay. Please contact our team if you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities that we should be aware of.
